Air transport and organ hand-carry requests
Plan an air mission with connected ground handoffs and an approved onboard courier when needed.

Air transport coordination
Discuss the shipment route, timing, airline cargo or passenger-cabin acceptance, qualified air-provider options, and the ground legs at both ends. Flights are operated by the selected airline or air provider. Every assignment is reviewed for accepted scope and available coverage.
Organ hand carry in the passenger cabin
An approved ticketed onboard courier accompanies the sealed organ transport container on an accepted commercial flight. The responsible procurement or transplant team supplies the approved packaging, documentation, handling limits, and receiving instructions. Airline requirements for reservations, screening, size, securement, boarding, and placement must be confirmed directly before the mission.
Mission review before acceptance
Dispatch verifies the designated courier or partner, qualifications, appropriate insurance, client authorization, airline acceptance, itinerary, pickup and delivery contacts, and the contingency for delays or cancellations. An inquiry or quote does not authorize transport.
Custom complete mission quote
The agreed quote identifies the courier service, air travel, ground legs, waiting, parking, approved handling, and any return travel or expenses. Changes and cancellations are governed by the mission agreement. Ground courier rate presets do not establish the price of an air or organ assignment.
Custody and secure communication
Record authorized physical handoffs and required handling information in the client’s approved secure system. Use the app for business contacts, route requests, flight references, and billing records. Keep donor, recipient, patient, specimen, and clinical identifiers out of the public request form.
