Provide the flight reference, business air waybill, cargo release desk, authorized contact, pickup instructions, package count, receiving hours, and required delivery deadline. Cargo release timing is confirmed with the responsible airline or handler. Ground custody begins at the authorized physical handoff.
Handling and proof of delivery
The client confirms shipment classification, compliant sealed packaging, handling instructions, and any temperature range or monitoring requirements. Dispatch checks that the assignment fits the courier’s current equipment, training, insurance, and accepted scope. Handoffs and exceptions follow the client’s approved custody process.
Dedicated service and custom pricing
Dedicated means the vehicle is reserved for the shipment during the agreed transfer. Sole-provider exclusivity requires a separate signed contract. The quote confirms the base charge, included miles, additional mileage, waiting grace and rate, parking, handling, and any after-hours fees before dispatch.
Ground scope and partner coverage
Qualified reciprocal backup and overflow partners may be used only by agreement and with required client authorization. Organ transport, transplant-team movement, and airline hand-carry are separate mission types that require qualification, appropriate insurance, and written acceptance. They are not automatically included in a ground request.
