Confirm the shipment requirements
The pharmacy supplies the package and its handling instructions. Before dispatch, confirm the destination, authorized recipient, number of packages, requested service window, and any temperature requirements. Temperature-sensitive assignments are accepted only after the required handling can be agreed.
Scheduled, urgent, or STAT requests
Choose Scheduled for a planned pickup, Urgent when you need the next available service, or STAT for a time-critical request. Call dispatch after submitting urgent or STAT details. The service window and price are confirmed directly; submission alone is not an accepted booking.
Business delivery privacy
Use business addresses and contact details in the public app. Do not submit patient home addresses, prescription details, patient identifiers, or medical information. Controlled substances and special regulated shipments require separate review and an appropriate written agreement before acceptance.
